Mission CAT is a dream to empower students from Malwa region to get into IIMs and top B schools. The Student intake under this is limited to 100 students, which will undergo the rigorous CAT training for one year exclusively by IIM Ahmedabad Alumni
and 6 times 99+%iler, Mr. Sony Goyal. Apart from regular training of more than 600 hours by Chief Mentor, 22 other mentors from IIMs will fortnightly visit Bathinda for motivational and inspirational sessions to keep participants focused towards their goal.

Catch'22

In line with Super 30, apart from 100 Mission CAT Participants, up to 22 students from extremely weak
financial background are awarded scholarship for CAT preparation. My Career believes that, if a person has the caliber and dedication to learn then he should not be deprived of the same just due to the scarcity of money. These 22 students are selected on the basis of academic performance, Family’s Financial status, college recommendation, performance in test and Interview.

Chai, Biscuit & CAT

Chai, Biscuit & CAT is a vital part of CAT preparation at My Career, where early morning open sessions are conducted for CAT aspirants, because a lot can happen over a cup of tea.
Here each student can personally interact with Chief Mentor and share problems, strategies, doubts etc. over a cup of tea. These personalized sessions help students to overcome any obstacle that comes in way of CAT.

Mr. Sony Goyal, an Alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, is currently working as Director at
My Career, an entrepreneurial venture of a group of IIM Alumni with a focus to provide quality education and guidance for success oriented careers. Before getting into entrepreneurship Mr. Goyal has worked with Godrej Group as State Head. He teaches courses on Market Research and Self Development in various management institutes in India. He has also conducted numerous FDPs and PDPs for faculty and organizations. Presently he is acting as Systems and Management Consultant to Education Institutes and organizations. Mr. Goyal has founded a unique course to excel in life and career, named IXL. He is also Founder of a Social Organization named Prayaas, working for empowerment of Slum Children in various parts of the country. He has a great zest for writing poetry and guiding individuals to shape their career. He is an expert faculty of quant and reasoning, with 8 years of experience in mentoring CAT aspirants.

He has conducted various career development programmes and motivational seminars for students across the streams at different levels of education. He has ignited more than 70,000 students so far through 400 plus seminars on how to excel in career and life.
